Role description
As a Community Leader, you will build and grow an English learning community by hosting engaging events and guiding members to actively practice speaking in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Host English conversation events and community activities
- Build and grow an active learner community
- Create simple, engaging speaking activities
- Guide trial members and support their learning journey
- Work with the Fondi team to improve engagement and retention
- Maintain consistency in hosting and community interaction

Requirements
- ESL tutor or English instructor of English Major Graduated welcome to apply
- Confident spoken English
