Job Summary

The Engineering Division
Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining safe and efficient production performance. The role involves supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities, managing spare parts inventory, and enforcing safety standards to minimize downtime and workplace incidents. The Engineering Supervisor ensures that all engineering operations align with company goals for
productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Safety Officer 2 or 3 preferred.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in plant maintenance
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and asset management.
- Familiar with mechanical and electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and utility systems (compressed air, water, power)
- Understanding of wastewater treatment processes, pumps, motors, and environmental compliance standards
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, maintenance tracking systems, and technical reporting
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Effective communicator, capable of cross-department coordination
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven under pressure
- Upholds integrity, safety consciousness, and accountability in all engineering activities
Curious about the Work Schedule
- Compressed work schedule: Monday to Thursday (7am 6pm) and Friday (7am 4pm)
- No work on Saturdays and Sundays.
