Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring proper monitoring and compliance with electrical and mechanical standards.
Oversee the effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities.
Plan and schedule maintenance work in coordination with production teams and ensure timely execution.
Manage inventory of machine parts, consumables, and fuels; coordinate procurement and deliveries with Purchasing.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; licensed engineer preferred.
At least 35 years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering supervision.
Strong background in preventive maintenance systems, equipment troubleshooting, and project coordination.
Proficient in reading technical manuals, reviewing maintenance records, and implementing safety protocols.
Good leadership, planning, and communication skills with strong attention to operational efficiency and compliance.
