About the Role:
We are looking for an NPI Engineer to join the R&D Department and support Portfolio and Transfer projects. In this role, you will act as the key interface between Nexperia Business Groups and the Cabuyao manufacturing site, ensuring the successful introduction of new products and process changes while meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets.

About the Role:
We are looking for an NPI Engineer to join the R&D Department and support Portfolio and Transfer projects. In this role, you will act as the key interface between Nexperia Business Groups and the Cabuyao manufacturing site, ensuring the successful introduction of new products and process changes while meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets.
What You Will Do:
- Manage Simple to Standard Track NPI projects in compliance with BCAMX, QCM, and ATCB Change Control requirements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Business Groups, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, and Management teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive project milestones and ensure completion of required deliverables such as RACI, DFM, Release Checklist, CNP, MRAT, Qualification Reports, and Safe Launch activities.
- Deploy product and process changes into the production environment.
- Perform Safe Launch planning, deployment, and tracking activities.
- Plan and coordinate project resources and logistics requirements.
- Conduct characterization of processes, materials, products, and manufacturing interactions as required.
- Support yield improvement, package cost reduction, and cost savings initiatives through MVA/DVA implementation.
- Provide technical support and leadership to engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and on-time project delivery.
- Generate project reports, meeting minutes, and other required documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or related manufacturing industry.
- Basic knowledge of Project Management fundamentals.
- Knowledgeable in SPC, DOE, FMEA, and DFM methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with SAS JMP and/or Minitab is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiar with Six Sigma and/or 8D problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Customer-focused, innovative, and results-driven mindset.
- Able to work independently, collaboratively, and under pressure.
- Willing to travel when required.
