Job Description
Responsible in administering, reporting, supervision and improvement of system, equipment, jigs, toolings, logistics and assembly line at Front of Line, End of Line (Back End) or Test assembly. Can provide support in major equipment downtime. Responsible for administering Preventive Maintenance and Calibration systems and activities.
Requirements/Qualifications
Education
Electronics/Electrical-, Electromechanical- / Mechatronics- / Instrumentation & Control- Technology or Engineering
Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Ensures the implementation and execution of PM and Calibration schedule and activities.
Interfaces with process or design engineering in coordinating the release of new products and/or equip.
Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling, equipment and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
