Job Description
- Interfaces with internal teams, external suppliers, and subcontractors/factories to resolve technical (fabrication, test, design) and non-technical (supply chain, system) manufacturing issues and monitor product line profitability.
- Works with Applications, Marketing and Quality Engineering teams to address product issues, support failure analysis, manage customer returns and requests, and ensure product compliance.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to support the product lifecycle, drive continuous improvement in product quality and cost, and sustain existing products.
- Additional responsibilities may include creating validation, qualification, and characterization plans for new ICs; developing and debugging test setups; and helping to develop qualification and reliability plans.
Qualifications/Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of Fundamental circuits & IC development stages from concept to manufacturing
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent analytical, project leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of semiconductor device physics and processing.
- Experience using Bench laboratory equipment.
- Ability to comprehend and review design objective specifications and data sheets.
- Architectural knowledge of Op Amps, Amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, and Temperature Sensors is a plus.
- Knowledge of LabView, Matlab, PCB Layout, Confluence, Jira and MS Project is a plus.
- Knowledge in Data Analysis Tool is a plus.
- Knowledge of 6-sigma programs, 8D process, FMEA, SPC and formal problem-solving skills is a plus.
- ATE Test development knowledge is a plus.
