CMG Engg Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve Chronic Manufacturing Issues
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring contactor problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
- Drive Data-Driven Continuous Improvement
- Utilize manufacturing data analytics to identify issues and opportunities.
- Support Manufacturing-Initiated Migration Projects
- Provide engineering support for contactor related migrations.
- Address Contacting Concerns in Manufacturing
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contacting, collaborate with other hardware or equipment owners..
- Recommend design improvements and component upgrades.
- Define Standards for Manufacturability
- Develop and maintain standards that ensure contactors are optimized for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability is considered early in development.
- Provide Replacement Technology for Obsolete Contactors
- Identify and qualify alternative technologies for legacy contactors.
- Ensure replacements meet performance and cost.
