The Shift Engineer is responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations during an assigned shift, maintaining production efficiency, and coordinating with production and maintenance teams.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Manufacturing-related engineering fields preferred
Work Experience
- Manufacturing or production plant experience is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates may be considered for some engineering positions, but experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
