What's The Role
The role involves ensuring that MRTA equipment is effectively maintained to perform as intended by developing maintenance strategies, coordinating and executing maintenance activities, and supporting safe, efficient, and defectfree operations, while also delivering S/4 migration projects across Upstream, Downstream and IG, providing guidance on SAP S/4HANA PM data configuration, and developing business rules and fieldlevel validations for all required data objects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver S/4HANA migration projects across Upstream, Downstream, and IG with a firsttimeright approach.
- Provide guidance and support on SAP S/4HANA functional configuration for PM data objects.
- Develop business rules and fieldlevel validation requirements for all PMrelated data objects.
- Manage project KPIs, deliverable quality, and stakeholder engagement.
- Extract data from legacy systems using customized Tcodes and programs.
- Transform extracted data into SAP S/4HANAcompatible formats.
- Rebuild Asset Hierarchies from legacy systems (Blueprint, GSAP, Chemical, Crystal) in alignment with ISO 14224.
- Develop automated mapping rules to convert legacy data to SAP S/4HANA structures.
- Perform data quality checks and cleansing to remove irrelevant or nonrequired legacy data.
- Load PM master data and planning data into SAP S/4HANA using automated programs.
- Support planning and scheduling of PM Plans within SAP.
- Understand how technical information and data will be used at each site or location.
- Collaborate with managers and project specialists to standardize processes, tools, and methods.
- Support strategy development and project planning activities.
- Assist in tracking project progress, costs, and KPIs.
- Capture and document lessons learned and best practices.
- Support team members in building technical knowledge related to project delivery.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or other Engineering disciplines.
- Experience in Plant Maintenance within Manufacturing or Upstream environments, including handson use of CMMS and exposure to tools such as Web Integrity Management System (WIMS), SPIIN, and Engineering Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Strong experience in Technical Data and Document Management, including related processes and tools.
- Proficient in SAP PM Master Data Objects: Functional Location, Equipment, BOM, Class & Characteristics, Measuring Point, Work Center, and Task List.
- Skilled in SAP PM Planning and Transactional Data: Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Items, Notifications, and Work Orders.
- Solid understanding of PM data standards and industry frameworks such as ISO 14224.
- Competent in data conversion activities: extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including PFS, PEFS, and SLDs.
- Preferred skills in Power BI visualization, data modelling, and SQL.
- Experience with Mass Data Tools is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management, including reporting and coordination.
- Plant maintenance experience in Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, or Power Plant environments.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Project.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
- Experienced in continuous improvement implementation.
