Job Description
Engagement Specialist
Location: Remote — Philippines
Employment Type: Full-time
We're looking for a warm, proactive RP Engagement Specialist to be a trusted point of contact for our Remote Professionals (RPs) throughout their journey with LAdmins. You'll build genuine relationships, spot disengagement or welfare concerns before they become bigger problems, and keep the administrative backbone of RP support (records, compliance, bonus validation, and reporting) running smoothly. You'll report to the Operations Manager/COO and collaborate daily with our U.S.-based team, so a natural warmth paired with strong follow-through will make a real difference here. If you love building connection while holding people accountable, we'd love to meet you.
Benefits and Compensation
- Permanent Work from Home
- Paid Time Off
- Monthly Performance Bonus
- Annual Bonus
- Health Allowance
What you'll do
- RP Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for RPs, running regular check ins and building genuine, ongoing relationships that help them feel connected and supported.
- Retention & Early Risk Detection: Proactively spot changes in engagement, morale, or performance that may signal disengagement or resignation risk, and step in with the right conversation or escalation before issues grow.
- Coaching & Employee Relations: Lead initial coaching conversations on attendance, compliance, and professionalism, resolving routine concerns independently and escalating sensitive or high-impact cases to the Operations Manager/COO.
- Onboarding, Compliance & Records: Coordinate preboarding and onboarding, monitor attendance, HRIS, and training compliance, and maintain accurate RP records and documentation.
- Performance Bonus & Business Continuity Support: Validate Monthly Performance Bonus requirements, maintain Business Continuity Planning documentation, and conduct welfare checks when needed.
- Culture, Recognition & Offboarding: Plan engagement activities, recognition moments, and Canva materials that strengthen RP community, and coordinate a smooth, well-documented offboarding process when engagements end.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, employee relations, staffing, BPO operations, or administration; experience in a staffing agency, BPO, EOR, or remote workforce setting is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience conducting check ins, coaching conversations, or handling employee concerns.
- Experience with HRIS, attendance management, or similar workforce management systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Claude or other AI productivity tools.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating internal communication and engagement materials.
- Experience planning and coordinating virtual and onsite engagement activities and events.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Warm, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent, with the judgment to balance genuine care for RPs with accountability to LAdmins.
- Trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, and naturally energized by connecting with people.
- A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
How you work
- Problem solving: You dig into issues, weigh the options, and land on practical solutions.
- Teamwork: You work well with others and pitch in wherever the team needs support.
- Sound judgment: You use good judgment and know when to act and when to ask.
- Planning & organizing: You plan ahead, stay organized, and keep track of the details.
- Professionalism: You represent the team and company well in every interaction.
- Quality focus: You take pride in accurate, well-done work.
- Dependability: You show up, follow through, and can be counted on.
- Ethics: You act with integrity and honesty in everything you do.
