Job Description

The Energy Management Specialist at Globe is responsible for formulating comprehensive business plans and strategies to optimize power prices and contracts. They develop a roadmap for power requirements, analyze market trends, review contracts, and ensure uninterrupted power supply to meet Globe's commercial needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Formulates detailed business plans, strategies and programs to get the best deal in power prices and contracts

• Develops Globe roadmap for power requirement and provisioning

• Reviews power contracts, justifies and recommends approval

• Analyzes trends and anticipates issues/events/changes in the market

• Ensures continuous, uninterrupted commercial power supply to Globe

KPIs:

• Zero power shortage in Globe buildings, facilities and sites

• Targeted savings in energy/power consumption

TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:

• Develop detailed business plans and strategies to secure favorable power prices and contracts.

• Create and maintain a Globe roadmap for power requirement and provisioning.

• Review and justify power contracts, recommending approvals as necessary.

• Analyze market trends and anticipate changes to ensure continuous, uninterrupted commercial power supply.

• Implement energy management initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
