EUC Specialist Senior is responsible to provide first line support to internal clients, administration staff and IT Support Analysts 1 in assisting them with additional hardware and software and hardware requirements and making sure that the systems are working properly according to company standards. He is responsible for providing technical support to both operations and staff, always looking for continuous improvement in the processes established, also is responsible for ensuring the availability of computing resources to the organization.Main Responsabilities. Provide technical support to the various technological platforms of the company (hardware, software, telephony) and implement security policies, ensure connectivity systems, coordinate and monitor the implementation of best practices and support projects, and support the area of technology in the development and operation of accounts, among others Provide Remote Support Keep Operations Working daily Management and Creation of Servers Support on Servers and Network Maintenances Troubleshoots all network and servers related concerns, especially outages and downtime, in an expedient and efficient manner Assists the Sr. Network and System Administrators by ensuring the continuous availability and reliability of the network Support the policies and procedures implementation to safeguard the data network from external/internal security risks. Stick to TI Security standards and procedures Follow up on disaster recovery standards Servers and Network Monitoring Perform other project-related duties as requested by management, and perform hardware and software maintenance on network devices/ services. To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles. To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Respond to inquiries from internal clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems. Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice. To perform changes on distro lists and organizational units within the G-suite To perform VLAN Changes
