About The Job

The key responsibility of this position is to handle administrative tasks in the People Solutions team.

What You Will Do

Administrative tasks include but are not limited to the following,

  • Arranging physical copies of 201 files
  • Scanning of 201 files
  • Preparation of token items for release to employees
  • Encoding details in trackers and/or in HR systems.
  • Other adhoc tasks that maybe assigned.

What You Should Have

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Preferably with data analysis skill and Excel skill (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Macro) has high advantage
  • Accurate and detail conscious
  • Daily onsite (QC, Cubao - Office based) (Daily Onsite)
