Employer Branding Intern

Join Maya's People Group as an Employer Branding Intern and help bring the #TeamMaya story to life. If you're passionate about creativity, people, and meaningful experiences, this internship is an opportunity to learn how employer branding helps connect great talent with Maya.

Get exposure to the following key areas:

• Content & Storytelling: Create content that showcases Maya's culture, values, and employee experiences across social media, career pages, and other employer branding channels

• Talent Communities & Early Careers: Support programs that help future talent discover Maya, connect with our people, and explore career opportunities through campus engagements, early career initiatives, and talent community activities

• Program Development & Experience Design: Contribute to projects that enhance internship, early career, and candidate experiences at Maya. Support research, planning, and program improvements that help create more engaging and meaningful journeys for future talent

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Communications, or any related field
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills
• Has familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Has experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup, with at least 2x a week onsite
