Job Description
Join Maya's People Group as an Employer Branding Intern and help bring the #TeamMaya story to life by creating engaging content, supporting meaningful talent initiatives, and strengthening the experiences that attract and connect great people to Maya.
Get exposure to the following key areas:
- Brand Storytelling & Content Development: Create engaging content for social media, career pages, and internal platforms that showcases Maya's culture, values, and employee stories.
- Talent Experience Programs: Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns, events, and candidate experience initiatives that bring the #BolderForBetter culture to life
- Insights & Analytics: Monitor engagement metrics, gather feedback from key initiatives, and help identify opportunities to strengthen Maya's employer brand
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Communications, or any related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends
- Background in content development and employer branding
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Amenable to a hybrid work setup, with at least 2x a week onsite
