Oversee all aspects of the Performance Management Program (PMP) and act as corporate liaison with the DOLE.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as corporate liaison between PPS and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
2. Assure corporate compliance with DOLE laws.
3. Analyze DOLE reports, cases, findings and represent the company in Employment Relations hearings related to unfair labor practice complaints and sensitive employee relation concern if necessary.
4. Develop and maintain occupational safety and health standards.
5. Monitor and analyze the separation process and documentation such as associate's clearance processing and conducting of exit interviews.
Educational Background: 4-year college degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
Technical Competencies
Knowledge of DOLE laws, rules, regulations, principles, and practices related to employee conduct, performance, and dispute resolution
Excellent command and understanding of English and Tagalog with ability to communicate and answer questions of both employees and government agencies
Competency in HR computer programs and basic Microsoft Office/Excel
