The
Senior/Employee Relations Specialist perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.
Some Of Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Communicate to employees to discuss personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
- Evaluates and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action.
- Explains and provides advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
Must Have
- Experience with Employee Relations or Labor Relations for 1-3 years
- Willingness to work on a graveyard/night shift schedule in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Nice To Have
- Experience with Employee and Labor relations, Employee Engagement
- Experience on working on a Business Process Outsourcing Company, specifically in a Call Center environment with not less than 300FTEs
- Experience and exposure in conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD), attrition analysis, performance management and recommendations
- Experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
