Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases
- Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Assist in payroll-related concerns when needed
- Conduct field work as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRDM, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Experience in employee relations and onboarding
- Proficient in MS Office
