Job Description

The position is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of employee engagement and culture-building initiatives. The role also facilitates programs, coordinates logistical requirements, and maintains program documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
  • Coordinate employee surveys, analyze feedback, and identify engagement drivers and improvement opportunities
  • Support the design and facilitation of team-building and employee development programs
  • Prepare program logistics, coordinate activities, and maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Conduct organizational research and assist in developing diagnostic tools and employee surveys
  • Collaborate with HR and business units to recommend initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Travel to company sites as needed to facilitate employee engagement programs and support organizational initiatives

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Engagement or related functions
  • Experience in organizing employee engagement activities, company events, or culture-building programs is an advantage
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey results and employee feedback
  • Highly organized with experience in event coordination, documentation, and project administration
  • Willing to travel frequently to various company locations to support and facilitate employee engagement activities
