Employee Engagement role is critical in owning and driving engagement inclusive efforts (including major events like Recognition events, Year-end events, All Hands / Townhalls, F2F/Virtual/Hybrid events ) for Filipinos, foreigners, and/or bilinguals. The role scales up engagement mechanism that influences job satisfaction to enrich engagement scores covering 400-500 employees. She/he leads DEI efforts and collaborates with Angkas leaders to promote sense of belongingness and build an inclusive workplace. The role strategically creates unified and consistent communication within the organization keeping in mind the Angkas brand that is not only funny, but also purposeful.
- Works closely with managers and employees to support engagement, productivity, and retention
- Strategically plans for monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual activities for engagement and communications effort
- Considers the costs of planned programs and showcases creativity by working within budget
- Leads and owns written communications to stakeholders. Including but not limited to creation of Newsletters, teasers and email announcements
- Writes messages for staffing and leaders to convey changes, issues, successes and stories related to each process
- Builds collaborative relationships with other functions, operations and stakeholders to gather information, feedback and earn support
- Drives participation and team's engagement score from people across a wide variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
- Resolves issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision
- Designs and executes ideas in alignment with Angkas Brand and Core Values
- Develops creative concept and campaigns from planning to completion stage to strengthen brand awareness
- Hosts weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual events or programs
- Partners with Manila leaders and scale up engagement mechanism that influences job satisfaction to enrich connections scores covering 400-500 employees
- Leads diversity, equity and inclusivity efforts to promote sense of belongingness and build an inclusive workplace
- Rolls up his/her leads to support other function of the talent development and engagement team
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Advertising and other related courses
5-8 years of execution experience in employee engagement, internal communications
Working knowledge on Google Workspace
Excellent in events planning and marketing
Strategic - able to connect programs towards an objective and execute excellently
Business-minded - knows the financial impact of the programs and how it rolls up to impacting the org
