I. PURPOSE
Responsible for driving initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, performance, and retention. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promote well-being, and align with the organizational values and business objectives.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the employee engagement strategy aligned with company values, mission, and goals.
- Develop and manage an annual employee engagement calendar, integrating culture-building programs, wellness initiatives, and HR campaigns.
- Plan, organize, and execute engagement activities and events, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and values.
- Champion a positive organizational culture through values-based initiatives, events, and communications.
- Lead employee listening efforts, including engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms; analyze results and collaborate with stakeholders on action planning.
- Monitor and report on key engagement and culture metrics to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and other teams to support broader initiatives related to employee well-being, psychological safety, and organizational change.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and records related to engagement programs, surveys, and events.

III. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
- Graduate of any 4-year course
B. Minimum Experience/Training
- At least 2 years experience in employee engagement, training or related HR facet
C. Competency
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively under minimal supervision.
- Deep understanding of employee engagement drivers, best practices, and measurement tools, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Collaborative and people-centric, with a passion for fostering a positive culture and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with survey tools and graphic design is a plus.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Charismatic, energetic, and enthusiastic team player who can inspire and build rapport across all levels of the organization.
IV. WORKING CONDITIONS
- Compressed work week: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Amenable to render overtime (if necessary)
