The Employee Compliance team provides support to all Macquarie staff globally ensuring policy awareness and management of any personal conflicts that may arise in relation to their external business and/or trading activities.

What role will you play
You will administer compliance systems and the compliance certification program and review perform compliance checks for staff and those pertaining to pre-hire candidates. You will also review staff accounts, clearance requests, and trading records and undertake ongoing monitoring of staff trading activities and advise staff and key stakeholders on general compliance matters.
What You Offer
- Self-driven and curious with a keen interest in compliance policies, processes, and procedures
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in compliance or risk management, ideally developed in financial services or the professional services industry.
