Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Employee Relations Specialist, based in Makati, Philippines, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for facilitating positive employee engagement, managing workplace relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and implementing HR policies. Additionally, the Specialist will oversee performance management processes and address employee concerns, fostering a productive and harmonious work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
• Proficiency in HR Policies and good understanding of Labor and Employment Laws
• Experience in Performance Management processes
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Knowledge of workplace compliance and legal standards
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the restaurant or service industry is a plus
