Job Description

Position Summary

As the Emerging Channel Sales Head, you will spearhead Monde Nissin's growth in non-traditional and rapidly evolving sales channels. You will define and execute integrated sales and distribution strategies to unlock new revenue streams, expand market presence, and deliver profitable, sustainable growth.

What you'll do

You will focus on developing and executing scalable business models and growth strategies for emerging channels. This involves designing tailored pricing, promotions, and route-to-market plans; building strategic partnerships; and driving distribution and Perfect Store execution. You will also lead long-term growth planning, joint business partnerships, and performance reviews to ensure profitability and market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 10-15 years of progressive experience in Sales, Channel Development, or Distribution Management, preferably in FMCG or retail. With good working experience in handling Emerging Channels
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing sales or channel strategy.
