Email Marketing Specialist

Job Objective:

To plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. This role contributes directly to marketing ROI by managing targeted email efforts with business goals through effective design, segmentation, and performance tracking.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support business goals

Write engaging copy and work with content team and other departments to ensure visually appealing layouts

Manage and grow email subscriber lists, ensuring segmentation for personalized and targeted messaging.

Monitor key performance metrics

Generate campaign performance reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Ensure all emails follow industry best practices and comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations.

Build and design landing pages and client materials

Job Skills:

Email marketing platforms

Landing page creation

Copywriting and content creation for digital audiences

HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate proficiency)

Photoshop and Canva for graphic asset creation

Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing

Knowledge of email compliance and deliverability best practices

Data analysis and campaign performance reporting

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, related field or any email marketing experience at work

24 years of experience in email marketing and landing page building

Job Profile:

Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns

Proven ability to write marketing-focused copy and collaborate cross-functionally

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines

Creative and analytical thinker who adapts quickly and responds to performance data

Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative marketing team
