Job Title: Emarsys CRM Specialist
Location: Pasig, Philippines
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM 3:00 PM (Hybrid)
Job Details:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data driven Emarsys CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship management strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing CRM systems, executing email marketing campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement through loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM platforms such as Emarsys and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to drive conversions and customer loyalty.
- Implement and manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM initiatives with eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and generate reports to measure campaign success.
- Manage and enhance loyalty programs to drive customer retention and lifetime value.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in email marketing.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging email templates and automated workflows.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year experience using Emarsys, Klaviyo, or Dotdigital.
- Experience with Shopify and eCommerce platforms.
- Strong background in email campaign creation, customer segmentation, and automation.
- Understanding of loyalty program management and customer engagement strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template customization.
- Familiarity with other marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
