Job Description

Deliver High-Volume Email Campaigns Across Digital Property Network

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will own the end-to-end operational execution of email campaigns-from audience segmentation and journey setup to deployment, QA, and performance reporting. This role requires dedicated, hands-on experience in email marketing operations, not broader digital marketing or design-focused backgrounds. You'll collaborate confidently with stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams, communicating campaign requirements clearly while ensuring governance, accuracy, and measurable ROI.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3-5 years of dedicated Email Marketing experience (not broad digital marketing)
  • Proven end-to-end campaign execution ownership
  • Strong understanding of segmentation logic, workflows, deliverability, compliance, and suppression management
  • Experience handling high-volume campaign calendars
  • Strong performance reporting and ROI analysis capability
  • Excellent English communication skills-confident presenting insights and constructively challenging stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with structured QA discipline
  • Comfortable working autonomously and owning campaign outcomes

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in media, marketplace, or advertising-led environments
  • Understanding of email compliance, governance frameworks, and business rules
  • Hands-on experience with email deployment platforms, tracking, tagging, and reporting tools
  • Exposure to optimization strategies, performance analysis, and ROI-driven campaign management
  • Experience working with external creative agencies or vendors
  • A track record of improving processes, tools, or operational efficiencies
  • Confidence acting as a subject-matter expert within an operations or delivery team

Your Daily Tasks

Campaign Execution & Governance

  • Own end-to-end implementation of email campaigns across the network, from contract signature to final delivery
  • Investigate and resolve operational queries related to creatives, targeting, audiences, and reporting
  • Enforce eDM business rules, policies, and standardized processes
  • Maintain accurate content, tracking, and availability documentation
  • Coordinate all post-sale eDM activity to ensure creative quality and SLA adherence
  • Consult with external creative agencies, vendors, and operational teams

Operations & Customer Service

  • Act as a service liaison between customers, sales, and operations teams
  • Ensure campaign and send information is accessible and transparent
  • Participate in WIPs and stakeholder meetings
  • Proactively identify revenue-driving solutions and innovations
  • Review and provide feedback on new tools, processes, and product releases
  • Drive knowledge sharing and operational efficiencies within the team

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Own campaign performance and execute optimizations to maximize ROI
  • Deliver campaign reporting aligned with account team expectations
  • Monitor ongoing performance and flag underperformance issues
  • Recommend creative changes, manage reallocations, optimizations, and schedules
  • Generate competitive analysis reports using industry tools and market insights
  • Reconcile campaign bookings and performance reporting with finance
