We're looking for a data-driven Email Marketing / CRM Manager who understands how to turn customer data into revenue and scale e-commerce brands through retention, LTV growth, and lifecycle optimization.
This role is about owning the customer relationship, not just sending campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Own and scale email & CRM strategies for e-commerce brands using Klaviyo
- Build and optimize flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
- Drive LTV, repeat purchase rate, and contribution margin
- Segment audiences based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage
- Continuously test subject lines, content, offers, and timing
- Analyze performance with a unit economics mindset (revenue per subscriber, flow ROAS, CAC payback)
- Work closely with paid media and creative teams to maximize blended performance
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on e-commerce email marketing experience
- Strong Klaviyo expertise (flows, segmentation, reporting)
- Deep understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, and retention
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and attribution
- Experience optimizing for LTV, AOV, and repeat purchase rate
- Proactive, analytical, and performance-oriented
Big Plus If You Have
- Experience scaling brands to 7-8+ figures
- SMS marketing experience (Klaviyo SMS or similar)
- CRO or post-purchase optimization knowledge
- International / multi-store experience
