Job Description
We're looking for an Email Designer to support the creative output across client and internal brand email campaigns. This role is execution focused, with ownership over the
visual design of email marketing, from
campaigns and flows to pop ups.
You'll work closely with the Retention Manager and wider email team, receiving clear briefs and direction, and will be responsible for delivering high quality, on brand email designs that are both visually strong and performance minded.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing emails for client campaigns, including campaigns, pop ups, and automated flows. This will also include the copywriting of all campaigns, and automations.
- Create email designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Maintain visual consistency across email templates and campaigns
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and insights
- Support the wider team with email related design needs
Requirements
- Strong foundational skills in visual and digital design
- Experience designing marketing emails and email templates
- Confident using tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and Photoshop
- Understanding of layout, hierarchy, and readability in email design
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to follow briefs accurately and manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working across multiple brands in a fast paced environment
- Open to feedback and eager to improve craft and performance outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar ESPs
- Basic understanding of email best practices and constraints
- Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands
- Familiarity with performance driven email design
