Job Summary

The role is responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support to the Operations and Business Development teams, ensuring all equipment and systems operate reliably on a 24/7 basis. This includes implementing and managing an effective preventive maintenance program, overseeing the renewal of regulatory permits, and maintaining compliance with Basic Life and Safety standards across all managed properties. The position provides round-the-clock assistance for troubleshooting and repairing equipment or system issues, ensuring swift restoration of normal operations and minimizing downtime.

Your Role, Your Impact

• Ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems, with active service contracts, across all managed properties.
• Ensure the timely renewal of regulatory permits for all equipment and systems.
• Introduce and present preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance costs, including duration, for budgetary planning purposes.
• Ensure all Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) equipment is fully operational and properly maintained to minimize foul odors.
• Ensure that weekly no-load and load testing of all generator sets (gensets) is conducted on-site.

Who We're Looking For

• Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• At least two (2) to three (3) years of relevant work experience in a related field
• Knowledgeable in building facilities and equipment management, generator set, sewage treatment plan, electrical and water system
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
