Your Role

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on site.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate tasks to ensure project timelines are met.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Inspect electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and other trades for efficient workflow.
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.

What We're Looking For

• Trade Test Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid Electrical License or Certification (if required by law).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction or industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and construction standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
• Passport Holder
