Plan, Implement and control PPM program. Lead the installation, commissioning and repair of Production Equipment and other related Electrical Auxiliaries.
Duties And Responsibilities
Monitor implementation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule and daily performance of the Plant
Ensure the continuous availability, smooth and cost efficient running of all electrical and electronic systems at best possible efficiency
Conduct line inspection on all areas of the Plant
Ensure conformance to Standard Operating Procedure, 5S, Good Housekeeping to promote safe and efficient operation of all system
Implement company policies and enforce regulations and recommend sanctions to Engineering Manager if necessary.
Perform tool box talks with the Team to discuss Work Schedules, Priorities and Safety Precautions on every job assignment.
Conduct quality inspections on jobs particularly on new installations and random checking on existing ones.
Perform diagnosing and troubleshooting on machine/equipment during breakdown.
Submit Production Reports on a monthly basis to Engineering Manager.

Actively seek out, recommend/design and once approved, implement opportunities for plant improvements in performance, reliability and usability
Perform offline inspection and repair service for machine/equipment removed/replaced from the production line and ensure of return to fully operational status.
Provide both physical and technical support and training to selected engineering staff as and when required
Control Electrical Spare parts Inventory and make sure it's availability of Critical parts and components
Create and revise systems and procedures and work instructions
Create training plan for the Electrical personnel and its implementation.
Conduct Performance evaluation of personnel
Prepares budget and control particularly on engineering supplies and spare parts.
Initial approval of subordinate's work leave
Create activities that will help motivate workers to achieve work schedule
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
With at least 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing or Machine Installation
Leadership and delegation, Coaching and mentoring, Diagnosing and troubleshooting, Risk assessment and RCFA
With training in PLC, module interfacing and basic Automation
