Position Overview
RecruitGo is looking for a motivated and skilled Electrical Engineer to help ensure efficient, safe, and reliable plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate the SCADA system for real-time plant performance
- Detect and respond to system alarms, faults, and abnormalities
- Conduct routine inspections of the PV farm, inverter stations, and weather monitoring systems
- Prepare Daily Generation Reports and manage IEMOP nominations
- Handle ERC outage and resumption reports
- Perform technical documentation and support overall O&M activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience (solar or power plant experience is an advantage)
- Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Applicants near Bugallon, Pangasinan, are highly preferred

- Work Schedule: 48 hours per week
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts (4 shifts per week)
- Day Shift: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (predominant)
- Night Shift: 7 p.m. to 7 a.m Note: There are 4 shifts per week, entitled to overtime pay.
