Role Description
The Electrical Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Novaliches, Quezon City. The individual in this role will design, review, and implement electrical systems for residential real estate projects, ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing electrical plans and calculations, coordinating power distribution layouts, and supporting the integration of power systems into building designs. The Electrical Engineer will also collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve technical issues, conduct inspections, and verify that installations meet quality and performance requirements. Additional tasks include preparing technical documentation, participating in project meetings, and recommending improvements to enhance energy efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with practical knowledge of electricity and applicable standards.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design, including preparing drawings, load calculations, and technical specifications.
- Experience with Power Distribution systems for residential developments.
- Knowledge of Power Systems, including protection, grounding, energy efficiency considerations, and solar power design system.
- A Registered Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; professional licensure is required.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property development projects is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to electrical installations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and safety.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Novaliches, Quezon City and manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Willing to learn and practice plumbing design
