Role Description The Electrical Engineer role at Majestic is a full-time, on-site position based in Manila. The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment used in printing and packaging operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include preparing electrical schematics and layouts, supervising installation and commissioning of electrical components, monitoring power distribution, and troubleshooting system issues. The role also involves performing regular inspections, coordinating with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime, and supporting continuous improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency and equipment performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement technical upgrades and support facility expansions is a key part of the position.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of Electricity fundamentals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including developing schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Power Systems, including analysis, protection, and reliability considerations.
• Candidates should possess experience in Power Distribution, including load balancing, panel design, and system optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with relevant professional licensure preferred.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, ideally within printing, packaging, or similar process industries.
• Familiarity with applicable electrical codes and safety standards, and proficiency with CAD or electrical design software.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Manila.
