Job Description
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC-REE) — required
- With 2-3 years experience in manufacturing plant operations and maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Competencies:
o Electrical systems and power distribution
o Electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
o Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics
o Has working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance
o Strong awareness of the Philippine Electrical Code and applicable electrical safety standards/regulations
o Has background on Electrical testing and measuring instruments (e.g., multimeter, megger, clamp meter)
o Supports project management activities and technical documentation
