The role
This role is instrumental in
driving the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of high-voltage electronic systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Electrical Engineer will l
ead troubleshooting efforts, support product transfers, and contribute to innovation in power conversion technologies. Candidates will gain
exposure to cutting-edge applications while working closely with global R&D teams.
Your Responsibilities
Production & Technical Support
- Sustain cap-charger production and ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain test equipment, and perform first article evaluation (FAE) for components and PCBAs.
- Conduct RMA evaluations: First Article (FA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective Actions (CA).
- Support documentation and design/build fixtures for circuit board and unit-level testing.
- Collaborate with Operations to transition new products into production.
R&D Collaboration & Product Transfer
- Work closely with the R&D team in Billerica for the transfer of new products to Manila.
- Support technical handover, validation, and process improvement for new product introductions.
Project & Process Management
- Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to production schedules.
- Interface effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers and production personnel.
- Apply project management skills to track deliverables, risks, and technical issues.
What We're Looking For
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Electronics Engineering (ECE).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in high voltage electronics engineering.
Technical Expertise
- Design of high voltage capacitor charging power supplies.
- Knowledge of active power factor correction circuits and flyback, forward, and series resonant converter topologies.
