About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with strong experience in switchboard design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Australian electrical standards and hands-on experience designing modular switchboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical switchboards in compliance with Australian standards
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings and technical documentation
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and optimize designs for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure all designs meet regulatory and quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in switchboard design
- Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards (e.g., AS/NZS)
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with IPD Techo Modular boards is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
