Education And Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in related field
- Practical knowledge of the function, operation and maintenance of heavy equipment
- Attention to detail
Operation
- Perform emergency service, preventive maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on Gensets,
Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Fork Lifts, etc.
- Program, test, and troubleshoot both Genset and synchronizing controls system
- Investigate and recommend manufacturing test equipment including data acquisition systems
and custom programs to support genset testing
- Determine best practices across all divisions and create standard testing practices and
procedures
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities, including projected work schedules,
equipment maintenance and repair, parts and supplies consumed
- Keep accurate inventory of equipment
- Train subordinate personnel including the facilitation of safety meetings
- Work with maintenance personnel, engineering and contractors
- Perform related duties as assigned
