As a
Technical Service Engineer in
Renewable Energy, you will play a hands-on role at the forefront of clean energy technology. Your primary focus will be on the
commissioning, installation, maintenance, and warranty service of solar inverters and energy systems. From diagnosing issues to delivering expert technical support, you will ensure every system runs at peak performance.
This is a
field based position you will be for a month or more at the project sites or customer locations, working both
outdoors and at heights (such as rooftop solar installations). Flexibility is key, as some projects may require
extended hours, especially during system commissioning or critical fault resolutions. If you are someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys making a real impact in the renewable energy sector, this role is for you.
Job Requirements
- Registered Electrical Engineer.
- 0-2 years of experience in inverter service, solar PV systems, or renewable energy projects.
- Strong Knowledge of electrical safety standards and grid interconnection codes.
- Familiarity with SCADA, data monitoring systems, and remote diagnostics is a plus.
- Having COSH / First-Aid Certificate is a plus
- Willingness to travel and work in field-based environments.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Effective communication and reporting skills
- Teamwork and coordination with cross-functional teams
- Can drive a 4-wheels car and have a drivers license
- Willing to work for 6 months under probationary period.
