About the Role:
A multinational engineering consultancy firm is looking for experienced Electrical Design Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and developing electrical systems for large-scale projects, collaborating closely with project teams, and ensuring high-quality, compliant deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed electrical designs, including lighting, power, security, and data layouts.
- Create schematic designs and single-line diagrams for various projects.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate drawings using Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, PowerCad-5, AGI, and Dialux.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and compliance with standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues.
- Support construction and commissioning phases with technical guidance as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design changes and updates.
- Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Between 5-10 years of experience in electrical design engineering or a similar capacity.
- Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, PowerCad-5, AGI, and Dialux.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, security, and data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
