Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for an e-Learning Specialist. The e-Learning Specialist will be responsible for designing instructional materials, managing learning management systems and developing digital learning solutions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the program lead to create and implement training programs, supporting e-learning initiatives and ensuring the effectiveness of educational content. The role encourages collaboration with other team members to support the mission of fostering accessible education and sustainable development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Instructional Design and expertise in developing effective learning materials
• Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems and coordinating online educational programs
• Skills in Training & Development and facilitating training programs
• Familiarity with Digital Learning platforms and related technologies
• Knowledge of training strategies and techniques to enhance learning experiences
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge or experience in sustainable development, education, or community development sectors is a plus
