Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Baguio City with flexibility for remote work. As an Educational Consultant at FORTRUST EDUCATION, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to students and their families, educational consultation, and creating customized education plans for international students. Your day-to-day tasks will include researching and recommending educational institutions, and guiding international students through the enrollment process to ensure their success.
Qualifications
- Strong educational consulting skills, with experience in education and consulting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
- Experience with international education policies and procedures, and immigration regulations
- Experience in developing education plans and assessments
- Experience in public speaking and conducting presentations to groups of students and families
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
- Proficiency in a second language is an advantage (particularly in Mandarin, Korean, Japanese or other language).
