EDI Lead

We are looking for an experienced EDI Lead to oversee the quality, processing, and troubleshooting of inbound and outbound Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in EDI formats, file mapping, quality assurance, and US healthcare EDI standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor EDI file processing, troubleshoot transaction issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Manage and update data required for file transmissions.
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers on new and revised EDI file requirements, from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, reports, metrics, and knowledge base materials.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support escalated technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve file transaction discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• At least 5 years of EDI experience, including EDI file mapping.
• 1–2 years of experience with SQL.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA EDI protocols.
• Experience supporting international customers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with US healthcare or health insurance EDI standards is an advantage.

Work Setup

• Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Night-shift schedule.
• Must be willing to work onsite and accommodate the required schedule.
