Job Description

Assist in updating and maintaining TikTok Shop product listings, including pricing, inventory, and promotions.
Ensure accurate and visually appealing shop decoration, creatives, and sales mechanics.
Support deal setup and product enrollment in the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat in a timely manner.
Monitor order fulfillment, tracking numbers, and payment status.
Prepare product, deal, and campaign summaries as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding product requests, deliveries, and campaign requirements.
Assist in monitoring platform performance, live selling activities, and campaign results.
Support affiliate management, boosting initiatives, and livestream scheduling.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

College degree in any business-related field. Fresh graduates are welcome!
Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking and organizational skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other tech tools.
Clear communicator, both in writing and speaking.
Experience or familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
