E-Commerce Marketing Manager

Location:  Remote (Work from Home) 

Hours:        Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (EST) 

Compensation: Competitive Salary 

Vacation:  10 vacation days + 9 optional statutory holidays

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead the growth and performance of our ecommerce brands across multiple digital channels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive traffic, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including content strategy, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, public relations, email marketing and user-generated content initiatives. You will also lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring all campaigns are aligned with business objectives, brand standards, and performance targets.

Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, strong analytical skills, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about ecommerce, understands the full customer journey, and can effectively manage both internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable business results.

Job Duties

  • Lead the development and execution of ecommerce marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive traffic, conversions, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies, including campaign planning, automation, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and performance optimization. Strong background in email marketing and automations required. 
  • Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns across the digital channels.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across all digital touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation, distribution, and quality of all marketing content to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across relevant digital channels.
  • Manage influencer and UGC campaigns from strategy and contracting through execution, approvals, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute public relations initiatives to strengthen brand reputation, increase media visibility, and support company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, ecommerce, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations to optimize ROI and customer engagement.
  • Prepare executive-level reports highlighting campaign performance, email marketing effectiveness, and strategic marketing insights for senior leadership.
  • Oversee, mentor, and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
  • Stay current with ecommerce trends, emerging marketing technologies, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing management or leadership role within ecommerce, digital, or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience executing ecommerce marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in email marketing, including automation, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns across various online channels.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, content marketing, and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives.
  • Prior experience in a managerial marketing role within the consumer electronics industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, customer insights, and campaign performance.
  • Experience using ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with building teams and functions. 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
