Job Description

Position: E-Commerce Marketing Manager

The Company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across influencer marketing, affiliate programs, e-commerce, social media, and brand activations.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, while also building and scaling the marketing department, establishing systems, and developing new team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute overall marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead planning for product launches, campaign spikes, and major sales events
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to improve performance
  • Set KPIs and monitor performance across all marketing channels
  • Drive overall brand growth and revenue impact

2. Building the Marketing Department

  • Help establish and structure the marketing department from the ground up or scale existing team
  • Define roles, workflows, and responsibilities across the team
  • Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all marketing functions
  • Develop systems for campaign planning, approvals, reporting, and execution
  • Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, ads, sales, and creative teams

3. Team Management, Hiring & Training

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new marketing hires
  • Mentor and develop team members for performance and growth
  • Conduct regular training sessions on marketing systems, tools, and best practices
  • Build a strong, performance-driven and collaborative team culture
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback

4. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

  • Lead influencer and affiliate strategy, partnerships, and execution
  • Manage collaborations, content approvals, and campaign performance tracking
  • Oversee affiliate programs including incentives and optimization
  • Coordinate with paid ads team for boosted content and performance alignment

5. Campaigns, PR & Budget Management

  • Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Lead PR initiatives including PR kits and brand exposure efforts
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI
  • Handle payments for influencers, affiliates, and campaign activities

6. E-Commerce Marketing

  • Drive growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
  • Plan promotions, vouchers, discounts, and livestream campaigns
  • Optimize platform performance using data-driven strategies

7. Events & Brand Activations

  • Lead planning and execution of events, photoshoots, and activations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure high-quality execution and brand representation
  • Act as brand representative or host when needed

8. Social Media & Community Management

  • Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and engagement
  • Manage community programs (e.g., ambassadors, brand groups)
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility and audience growth

9. Campaign Execution (Spike Days & Livestreams)

  • Lead execution of major campaign days and sales events
  • Coordinate livestream strategies with influencers and affiliates
  • Monitor real-time performance and optimize campaigns during execution

10. Content & Creative Direction

  • Oversee marketing creatives and content across all channels
  • Provide direction to design and content teams
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output

11. Reporting & Performance Management

  • Track and analyze campaign performance and ROI
  • Prepare reports for business reviews and leadership updates
  • Use data insights to improve future campaigns and strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role (e-commerce/digital preferred)
  • Strong background in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and campaign execution
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada is a strong advantage
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
  • Creative, data-driven, and highly strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Amenable to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City (Monday to Friday).
