Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Marketing Manager role based in Quezon City. The Ecommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to optimize the company's online store, driving e-commerce sales growth, and achieving key performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include managing online sales campaigns, coordinating with internal teams for seamless project execution, analyzing market trends, conducting performance reporting, and identifying opportunities for new online initiatives. This role requires regular collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and channel growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in E-Commerce management and Marketing Strategy
  • Proficiency in Sales and an ability to drive business growth
  • Analytical Skills to assess campaign and market performance
  • Experience in Project Management to oversee and execute marketing initiatives effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
