The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for developing strategies and driving assigned E-Store plans & programs, able to foresee emerging digital business development opportunities to improve overall E-store sales participation to the company. He/she is also accountable for increasing own platform E-store awareness and market share and build loyalty to the platform as a strategic growth pillar of the organization.
Role focuses on:
- Creating a content management strategy and system that establishes product text and image standards.
- Analyzing business processes to leverage electronic B2B solutions.
- Managing relationships with 3rd-party vendors and platforms including contract negotiation, selection and renewal.
- Developingand executing commercial strategies to maximize Estore sales.
- Working with Supply Chain, DC E-store warehouse team, Trading, and trade partners to ensure stock availability and other supply.
- Regularly reviewing of merchandise (from E-store launch to exit), product assortment, E-Store performance, and providing insight on how to improve monthly E-Store promotions to achieve desired results.
- Working with Trading, Marketing and Sales Operations teams to create e-Commerce plan to drive online visits, conversion and basket size.
