SUMMARY:

The Ecommerce Manager owns the end-to-end performance of the online business, acting as the commercial lead for Ecommerce channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, platform execution, marketplace excellence, and customer experience across key platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop, and DTC sites, through close partnerships across regional and global teams.

Based in Manila, the Philippines, this role works closely with regional stakeholders and local execution teams to deliver profitable, scalable, and operationally sound E‑commerce growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE (ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Accountable for P&L performance and delivery of profitability targets.
  • Own E‑commerce revenue, growth targets, and KPIs across all online channels
  • Define commercial strategy, trading priorities, and campaign plans
  • Establish and own direct strong relationships with local marketplaces, including but not limited to Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada, etc;
  • Lead and govern the Ecommerce enabler relationship, including scope, priorities, and performance through a high-touch manner
  • Set clear execution briefs, timelines, and success metrics for the enabler and internal team
  • Review and approve campaign plans, pricing strategies, and platform initiatives
  • Oversee marketplace performance (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, DTC) through structured reviews
  • Partner with Marketing on performance marketing strategy and investment effectiveness
  • Partner with regional Planning and Distribution & Logistics team on forecasting, inventory strategy, and major trading decisions.
  • Partner with regional Merchandising team on PH digital assortment strategy, define promotion and campaigns, and platform differentiation strategy with strong commercial/consumer insights.
  • Monitor performance trends and translate insights into strategic course‑corrections
  • Act as the primary regional stakeholder interface for E‑commerce performance and priorities

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE (JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS):

  • 5+ years of hands‑on E‑commerce experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, DTC, or consumer brands
  • Proven experience managing marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop strongly preferred) and brand.com (on Shopify/salesforce commerce cloud) is preferred.
  • Track record of owning sales performance and execution outcomes, not just coordination
  • Experience working with regional or international stakeholders is an advantage
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with comfort owning numbers and targets
  • Deep understanding of E‑commerce mechanics (traffic, conversion, merchandising, promotions)
  • Ability to operate hands‑on while thinking strategically
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
